It is so important to make sure we take care of ourselves during these challenging times, from eating healthily to finding ways to feel more positive. To get your children thinking about their everyday routines, radio and TV presenter Roman Kemp is here to set this week’s challenge.
After that we'd like you to create your own daily routine which is healthy for your mind and body, using our challenge template.
Now, more than ever, it's important that we reflect on our daily routines and try to find ways to be healthy and stay positive.
