If you would like your child to attend our school, please contact the school office to register your interest (01695 558560, or e-mail bursar@sfoa.lancs.sch.uk). All prospective parents are welcome to visit our school before making an application. Once you are ready to apply for a place, you may do so using the forms below, or obtain hard copy from the school office. 

Children can be admitted to Blossom Nursery from the age of two upwards. Admission to our Reception class occurs in the academic year after a child's fourth birthday (our school admission procedures give clear details regarding procedure and deadlines for securing a place in Reception).

We can admit children transferring from other schools at any point during the school year, in liaison with the school that the child is transferring from, so as to ensure effective transition between schools. Please see further advice on In-Year admissions and procedures below.
